What you'll be doing
* Assist in facilitating stakeholder sessions to gather system requirements and document enhancements
* Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning for medical records and enterprise systems while following security and governance standards
* Monitor system performance and provide first-line support, escalating issues as needed
* Generate reports and assist in data validation for registries and metrics
* Support system rollouts, coordinate user training, and contribute to smooth adoption of new functionalities
* Assist with system maintenance, updates, and user acceptance testing for improvements
* Maintain logs, track requests, and provide analytics and administrative support for population health projects
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives and support process improvements
What we're looking for
* Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare Management/ Information Systems/ Data Analytics or related studies
* 2 years of working experience in healthcare IT/ systems analysis/ analytics.
* Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., NGEMR, Epic) and enterprise tools (M365, ADID)
* Basic report generation and data validation skills
* Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
