An opportunity for a regulatory affairs professional to join a chemical products manufacturing business. Key elements of the role include:
* Regulatory research and analysis
* Maintenance of key chemical regulatory documents
* Compilation of regulatory dossiers to support product approval globally
* Authoring and maintenance of safety data sheets.
This is a challenging and diverse role within a friendly regulatory team that offers excellent career development. Your duties will include tracking chemical and other regulatory changes, assessing the impact of changes on products, communication of the changes to the business and production of chemical regulatory documents such as SDSs, labels and certificates of compliance. You will also respond to regulatory enquiries from internal departments and external clients.
The product portfolio is broad and includes both consumer and professional use products. Current/previous experience of chemical regulations is essential; any knowledge of biocides would be advantageous.
Candidates are likely to have:
* A science-based degree
* Proven experience in a chemical regulatory or technologist role
* Experience of researching regulatory changes is ideal
* Provision of regulatory support to an internal department
* SDS authoring experience is preferable
