Job Title: Scheduling Administrator Job Type: Full time/permanent Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (Office Based) Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (Dependent on experience) As a Scheduling Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of service activities, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting a team of engineers across the UK. Duties include: To provide a first point of contact for all customers. Logging & planning call outs to engineers. Planning of maintenance & repair visits to engineers. Raising all service-related purchase orders. To generate and provide RAMS to customers. Working with client portals and completing client forms To liaise with engineers on a day-to-day basis regarding booked work and call outs.
