A growing and ambitious insurance broker is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join its team in Hedge End. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with experience in commercial insurance or a sales-driven environment, looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients (typically with premiums of £5,000+)
* Attend client meetings (initially with support from senior colleagues)
* Handle renewals, generate new business leads, and complete associated administrative tasks
* Proactively develop a client base through networking and referrals
* Collaborate within a team of 18 Account Executives in an office of nearly 60 staff
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Experience in commercial insurance or a related sales-focused role
* Client-facing skills with a positive, proactive, and competitive attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and generate business opportunities
* Willingness to learn and develop within a team environment
Desirable:
* Cert CII or progress toward professional qualifications
* Experience working with higher premium cases or in the construction sector
