We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal IT Service Delivery Manager to join the Evri IT team.
Your Mission
As our Principal IT Service Delivery Manager, youll be the driving force behind how we design, deliver, and continuously improve IT services across Evri. Youll lead with vision and purpose, ensuring our services are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll shape strategy, guide teams, and make a real impact on how technology supports our people and customers.

Responsibilities:
Set the Strategy: Define and deliver the roadmap for IT Service Design, Transition, and Delivery aligned with business and IT goals.
Lead Service Excellence: Own key ITSM practices including Service Delivery, Change & Release, Continuity, Capacity, and Observability.
Drive Operational Readiness: Ensure all new and updated services are smoothly transitioned into production and perform reliably during BAU and peak periods.
Champion Business Continuity: Lead the IT Service Continuity strategy, ensuring robust BCP and DR plans for critical services.
Manage Vendor Performance: Oversee IT vendor operations, ensuring partnerships deliver value and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Own the Tools: Ensure ITSM tooling is modern, effective, and supports service objectives.
Inspire and Lead: Build a high-performing team culture, nurturing leadership and specialist talent.
Be a Trusted Partner: Act as a senior advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on IT services and strategic initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will need
Degree in an IT-related field (or equivalent experience)
ITIL 4 Foundation (Expert level preferred)
Experience & Skills
Proven track record in leading IT Service functions across the full lifecycle (Strategy to Operations)
Strong experience managing IT budgets and driving cost efficiencies
Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks and KPIs
Experience with service transformation and achieving industry accreditations (e.g., ISO, SDI)
Excellent communication skillsable to translate tech into business value
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and planning skills
Confident stakeholder manager and influencer at all levels
Skilled in team development, coaching, and performance management
Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
