Your Role
The successful candidate will manage a number of real estate transactions which may vary from sales purchases to developments and a number of high-profile commercial deals right from the start, working with well- established clients.
About You
We're looking for a Solicitor who is passionate about their work and has had exposure to a number of high-quality real estate transactions. Our ideal candidate will have the following:
1. Qualified lawyer with 1 - 5 years' experience.
2. The ability to cohesively work as part of a team.
3. Demonstratable technical experience gained within Commercial Property, specifically, across development transactions.
4. The ability to manage caseloads whilst maintaining attention to detail and a seamless service.
5. A clear enthusiasm for this area of law, and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for your clients.
