1. Deputies for the Tp Comd when necessary, ensure that the Tp Comd’s orders and directives are carried out. 2. Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed. 3. Career management of all personnel under their command. 4. Supervise and advise JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development. 5. Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary, welfare or remedial action to Tp/Pl Comd and CSM/SSM. 6. Ensure all soldiers under my command are set Objectives and have timely MPARs and SJARs delivered. 7. Instill values and standards, discipline, dress standards and enforce compliance with regimental policies and directives. 8. Attend required training and commitments to achieve the annual Certificate of Efficiency.
