The Teaching Assistant (Dyslexia Support) will work under the guidance of the SENCO and class teachers to

support teaching and learning in the classroom to promote the inclusion of all students, ensuring they have

equal access to opportunities to learn and develop, as well as leading 1-1 and small groups of students

through planned interventions such as dyslexia and handwriting interventions.

Woking High School is a high achieving school with Academy status. We have an outstanding team of staff

best. The Ofsted inspection of December 2019, which judged the school to be good, noted that, ‘Pupils say

that the school feels like a family. The curriculum is ambitious and well designed, with strong academic and
