Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our established client for the role of Customer Service. Beginning on a temporary ongoing basis, this opportunity may become a permanent position for the ideal candidate. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a growing business in the Mallusk area. With full time hours and an early finish on Friday this is an exiting time to join this business as they grow and develop.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to clients, answering queries over the phone and through emails
* Update customer records ensuring details are correct
* Assist with general administrative duties where required
Qualifications and experience
* Excellent communicator, able to confidently communicate with customers
* Comfortable working in customer centric environments, providing the highest standard of customer service
* Previous call handling experience is essential
* This is an ideal role for someone coming from a customer service or sales support background, that would like the opportunity to progress and develop
Salary and hours
This role offers an annual salary of £25,000. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 5 PM with an early finish on Friday.
