The Role:
As Senior Procurement Officer, you will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, providing expert procurement guidance and ensuring best practices across the organisation. You will be responsible for managing procurement projects from inception to completion, developing procurement strategies, and ensuring contracts deliver value for money and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, key responsibilities include:
1. Leading the effective development of the procurement strategy for assetinvestment / planned refurbishment, improvement and retrofit works area/s, encompassing a range of procurement and commercial activities including development of a procurement programme, carrying out market research and undertaking supplier / market engagement and awareness activities.
2. Providing end to end management of a range of medium to high complexity
