About the Role
Broadview is recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our maintenance team. We are seeking a passionate handyperson and an enthusiastic DIYer to carry out reactive day-to-day maintenance within the site and grounds. You will also support our other community homes, liaising with contractors on site and handling ad-hoc requests from management as needed.

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in general labouring and handyperson work
* Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with young people who may display emotional, behavioral difficulties, autism, ADHD, etc.
* Organizational skills, including record keeping, logging issues in internal systems, and routine maintenance checks
* Attentiveness to understand diverse tasks and identify areas for support
