NQ Solicitor – Will, Trust and Estate Disputes

We're seeking a talented Solicitor with a genuine interest in Wills, Trusts, and Estate Disputes (WTED) to join our specialist team, known for its technical excellence and exceptional client service.

What You’ll Be Doing
Based at our Swansea office, you will join our specialist, award winning WTED team, working on a broad range of contentious matters including will challenges, inheritance claims, and trust disputes. You'll be supported by respected experts in the field and will have the opportunity to grow your expertise, contribute to business development, and build long-term client relationships.
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
* A qualified Solicitor (newly qualified welcome) with a strong interest in contentious probate and trust work
* Exposure to litigation and/or private client work is advantageous but not essential
* A willingness to learn and develop expertise in WTED matters
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong research and analytical skills to assess and advise on legal complexities.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and empathetic manner to clients.
* Ability to build strong client relationships, providing clear advice and managing sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across different departments when required.
* A strong commercial mindset and an interest in business development.
* A proactive, solution-oriented approach to legal challenges.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and importantly - A strong work ethic.
* A commitment to continued professional development and staying up to date with legal developments in the field.
