Overview
We are recruiting for a Programme Manager who will lead the delivery of major business change programmes linked to our strategic priorities.
Working closely with executive sponsors and business leads, you’ll define clear outcomes, set scope, build a strong case for investment, and manage the end to end delivery. You’ll stay close to delivery across multiple teams and suppliers, supporting progress while quickly unblocking issues when needed.
Day to day, you’ll work with a range of internal teams to keep everything moving, including product, strategy, digital, procurement and finance. You’ll provide regular reporting, manage programme budgets, and make sure all stakeholders have the right information to make informed decisions.
You’ll also line manage project professionals, support delivery governance, and bringing a focus to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
