This role will involve being responsible for leading improvement initiatives across injection moulding, assembly, and paint processes to reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Description
* Driving improvements in injection moulding processes, reducing cycle times and enhancing quality through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve production issues and prevent future downtime or defects.
* Developing and rolling out SOPs and KPIs to ensure consistent quality, monitor performance, and align with business goals.
* Managing end-to-end continuous improvement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational gains.
* Identifying cost-saving opportunities in materials, energy, and labour while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Holder of a relevant engineering degree or qualification
* Proven experience of leading continuous improvement projects with manufacturing environments
* Proficiency with data analysis tools, statistical software, and project management software
* Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
