The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Attendance Welfare Officer to champion excellent attendance and reduce absence, with a particular focus on supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This is a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential and feel connected to our school community.
You will:
1. Work closely with students, families, and staff to improve attendance.
2. Conduct home visits and liaise with external agencies.
3. Analyse attendance data and produce reports.
4. Support safeguarding processes and follow school policies.

7. Experience working with disadvantaged students and families.
8. ICT proficiency (MS Office, Bromcom, Class Charts).
