What you NEED
Experience in mechanical assembly and fault-finding within a technical or engineering environment
Strong ability to read engineering drawings and follow documented processes
Completed apprenticeship or further education qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline (HNC, HND, or equivalent)
At least 2–3 years’ experience in a relevant technical, workshop, or production environment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Role & Responsibilities
As an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will assemble, test, and maintain high-precision instrumentation and electromechanical systems. This includes mechanical builds, soldering, wiring, and calibration tasks, as well as supporting fault diagnosis and quality checks. You will work with both standard products and new development projects, ensuring that all equipment meets the highest standards of accuracy and safety. The role will also involve contributing to technical documentation, collaborating with colleagues on innovative solutions, and occasionally supporting international projects.
