Job Title: Sales Manager – Luxury Country Hotel - Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus
Location: Oxfordshire
My client is recruiting a Sales Manager to join their Luxury Country Hotel in Oxfordshire. We are looking for a proactive, motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in the leisure segment and corporate market. As Sales Manager you will be driving revenue and building client relationships.
About the position
* Identify potential new business and clients by researching the market
* Create and implement a successful sales strategy
* Seek out opportunities to maximise profit
* Hit sales targets whilst acting as an ambassador for the brand
* Build relationships with luxury travel companies
* Work closely with all departments
* Analyse market trends
* Create sales reports
The successful candidate
* Will have previous at least 3 years in sales management within hotels
* A high level of customer service
* Strong sales drive and negotiating skills
* A dynamic and motivated individual
* Experience with leading TMCs
* Knowledge of luxury and leisure sectors
