Job Posting Title: Site Coordinator Req ID: 10123534 Job Description: About the Role & Team We are looking for Site Coordinator to join the team to implement the day-to - day production schedules, including content and campaign scheduling. You will s et- up and test site promotion s, a c t as first line support for the website and ensure that all site content and product information is accurate and live on schedule. This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home. What You Will Do Configure site modules, and schedule content, ensuring accuracy at every step Set up and test promotions and campaigns as directed by merchandising and marketing teams Ensure all site content, including SEO and Meta data is accurate Ensure product pages are optimised, review ing product and category redirects Ensure s earch on website is reviewed, and null and popular searches are optimised Review n avigation and make changes based on optimising in market Implement online merchandising strategies to maximise sales Ensure product launches and promotional activity is live at the correct time with all inclusions and exclusions correctly implemented as instructed by merchandising Ensure all content on the site is tagged correctly fo r analytics purposes Coordinate assets and product launch information to ensure launches are tested and hit set deadlines Required Qualifications & Skills D emonstrable experience within a similar role in an e-commerce retail environment Understanding of e - commerce trading and best practice Understanding of user experience, web usability and web analytics, advantage ous Content m anagement experience using either Demandware or Salesforce Excellent planning and prioritisation skill s Articulate and effective communicato r Computer literature with skills using MS Office and Excel, essential ; proficiency using JIRA/Confluence/Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Adobe software, advantage ous Excellent accuracy and attention to detail A c ommercial focus Cultural sensitivity Fluent English, another European language will be a plus The Perks 25 days annual leave Private medical insurance & dental care Free Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for free Disney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketing Excellent parental and guardian leave Employee Resource Groups – WOMEN @ Disney, Disney DIVERSITY, Disney PRIDE, ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.
