At Apteriors, we specialise in delivering innovative, BIM-compliant FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) solutions for government and commercial projects. We’re looking for a talented and technically skilled Junior Designer to join our growing team and help shape inspiring, functional spaces that integrate seamlessly with wider building services. The Role As a Junior Designer at Apteriors, you’ll be responsible for producing coordinated 2D and 3D furniture layouts, schedules, and cost plans using Revit and AutoCAD. You’ll work closely with other subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with the overall building strategy, from RIBA Stages 2 to 5. Key Responsibilities * Develop detailed FF&E layouts and schedules in Revit and AutoCAD. * Create and maintain live cost schedules in Excel. * Attend client and stakeholder meetings to present and refine design proposals. * Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure BIM compliance (ISO(phone number removed). * Build and manage a library of Revit families and product specifications. * Identify and resolve design realted problems and flag up clashes and t * Support the team with general Revit/AutoCAD tasks and documentation. What We’re Looking For * Degree-qualified: BA (Hons) in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or BIM * Software proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Revit is a key requirement, AutoCAD, Excel (MS Office), InDesign. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. * Experience: Working to ISO standards and within BIM environments. * Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication (written, visual, and verbal). * Attitude: Conscientious, collaborative, and deadline-driven. * Language: Strong English communication skills are essential.
