Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive – Morrisons to be based in the UK.
The National Account Executive (NAE) will work alongside the National Account Manager (NAM) and is responsible for the achievement of volume, share, profit and net revenue targets for Asda. The NAE will also work closely with the wider Red Bull & Grocery Channel, National Account Teams, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Marketing and Category Management teams. The strategic direction of the Company is to be followed with emphasis on the key pillars within the Off Premise sales team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver growth targets driven by business plans that are aligned and relevant to the customer’s and Red Bull’s priorities. Post‑evaluation of activity within account with learnings applied.
* Forecast, evaluate, and develop the account to make well‑informed, accurate, and timely business decisions.
* Manage end‑to‑end invoicing process ensuring collaboration and alignment with internal and external Finance teams.
* Ensure accurate forecasts of base, promotional & feature volume and point of sale material, and evaluate activities for future implementation.
* Manage finance and operations cycles including month end close, sales & operations planning, and channel review meetings, alongside the NAM.
* Track, analyse, and share weekly customer EPOS data with relevant cross‑functional contacts.
* Proactively manage customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress, holding timely meetings with key contacts such as Commercial, Logistics, Category, Finance and Operations.
* Build and maintain internal contact strategy to help meet overall account KPIs, collaborating with Category Management, Logistics, Finance, Net Revenue Management, Brand & Shopper Marketing teams.
* Serve as a brand advocate, mirroring Red Bull’s brand values to deliver enhanced brand perception.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of achievement within a commercial environment.
* Experience negotiating and running a joint business plan.
* Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to handle, evaluate and utilise sales data and insights effectively.
