TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and fast-growing law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancing professional with 46 years' experience handling residential sales and purchases to join a supportive and collaborative team. Reporting directly to a Senior Fee Earner, you will play a key role in managing transactions efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for progressing a varied caseload of residential property matters, with a particular focus on:
* Freehold and leasehold sales
* Freehold and leasehold purchases
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
* Preparing contract packs and legal documentation
* Raising and responding to enquiries
* Reviewing title documentation and search results
* Managing transactions through to exchange and completion
* Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders
* Supporting the Fee Earner with complex transactions and caseload management
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
* 46 years' experience within residential conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
* Experience handling sales and purchases with minimal supervision
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and client care standards
* The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
