This SEMH TA role in Barking and Dagenham is ideal for someone with experience in a mainstream school who is now looking to transition into an alternative provision setting. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who may face social, emotional, or behavioural challenges, helping them engage with learning in a positive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
