Are you experienced in Quality Assurance and passionate about compliance? Our client is looking for a Quality Assistant to join their team and ensure high standards in a regulated environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with knowledge of GMP, CAPA management, and Quality Management Systems to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct root cause analysis and lead investigations.
2. Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) in TrackWise.
3. Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation.
4. Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
5. Support regulatory inspections, client audits, and internal audits.
6. Deliver training and promote a strong quality culture.
7. Drive continuous improvement using Practical Process Improvement (PPI).
Essential Skills & Experience
8. Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
9. Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
10. Knowledge of GMP, SAP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
11. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
12. High attention to detail and accuracy.
