What you will be doing...
* Be the voice of the owners and guests, bringing their experience to life and using feedback to enhance service and performance.
* Analyse customer insights to identify areas for service improvement and create exceptional experiences.
* Recruit, inspire, develop, and motivate team members to maximize efficiency.
* Manage all guest and owner complaints with accountability and responsibility.
* Oversee budgetary costs for holiday sales and maintain effective cost controls.
* Plan and deliver a wide range of owner and guest events tailored to the customers on your park.
