Role: Retail Store Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
2. Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding agreed sales and KPI targets
3. Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver strong commercial results
4. Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
5. Manage, coach, and develop the team to maximise individual and store performance
6. Ensure effective stock control and inventory management
7. Support and execute in-store marketing, promotions, and overall store development
8. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for customers, colleagues, and suppliers
9. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping
10. Ensure full compliance with company policies and all legal requirements relating to health, safety, hygiene, and security
11. Demonstrate flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
12. Proven retail management experience (fashion retail experience is desirable)
13. Strong organisational skills with the ability to set clear priorities and goals
14. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead by example
15. Strong numerical and analytical ability with a commercial mindset
16. Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
17. Basic digital and AI literacy, with the ability to use technology to support store operations, reporting, and team efficiency
18. Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
