About the Role

We are only able to accept applicants who have the right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance to the location of the job role.

Maria Mallaband Care Group are looking for Care practitioners to join our family. The Care Practitioner role would suit those already qualified to undertake the responsibilities shown below, as well as high-quality Senior Care Assistants who are keen to progress in their career:

1. Medication
2. Tissue viability/wound management
3. Continence
4. Health Monitoring
5. Physiological assessment and care planning
6. Leadership and supervision of the care team

Person Specification:

Education, training and qualifications

7. Care practitioner award or equivalent
8. Mentor/Supervision qualification
9. Willing to undertake further clinical training
10. Willing to undertake training qualification

Knowledge

11. Able to demonstrate specific knowledge of clinical care in the older person

Experience

12. Care home, Social Care or caring experience as a senior carer
13. Customer service experience
14. Experience working as a care practitioner
