* Resident Excellence: Respond efficiently to in-apartment queries, providing bespoke solutions for complex issues within high-end environments.
* System Maintenance: Deliver preventative and corrective maintenance across plant rooms and common areas, covering electrical, plumbing, gas, and fire safety.
* Home Automation: Provide essential troubleshooting for sophisticated home automation systems, escalating to specialists only when necessary.
* Contractor Liaison: Coordinate subcontractors to ensure all servicing and repairs meet the highest standards of compliance and safety.
* Operational Integrity: Maintain rigorous record-keeping, monitor stock levels, and identify cost-control measures to ensure long-term value.
Requirements
* Qualifications: A recognised engineering qualification (e.g., formal apprenticeship, NVQs, City & Guilds).
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering and maintenance, with extensive knowledge of MEP systems and safe working practices.
* Specialist Knowledge: Proficiency with systems such as HIU, CIU, MVHR, and AHU.
