Key Responsibilities: Accurately post customer payments and allocate receipts to accounts. Manage the reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Generate and issue invoices and credit notes as required. Investigate and follow up on aged debt, supporting credit control efforts. Support with regular cash and bank reconciliations. Assist in maintaining clean and up-to-date ledgers, contributing to efficient month-end processes. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger, or Finance Assistant role. Organisation: Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to account management. Problem Solver: Comfortable investigating discrepancies and resolving issues proactively. Team Player: A collaborative attitude and the ability to build relationships across departments and with customers. Systems Knowledge: Proficient in Excel and finance systems (experience with ERP software a plus).
