This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated SEN TA, Learning Support Assistant, or Support Worker to join a dynamic and nurturing team from September on a full-time basis.

The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual EHCP targets
* Assist pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and personal development
* Support the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
* Implement behaviour support strategies and sensory approaches
* Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Support with personal care where required
* Encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction

✅ Requirements – What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this Teaching Assistant role, you will ideally have:
* Experience working with SEN / SEND / SEMH / autism / complex needs
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A calm, patient and resilient approach
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Health & Social Care) – desirable but not essential
* Backgrounds in care, youth work, psychology or support work are highly transferable
