Multi-Skilled Engineer- DAYS only
Location: -Wirral
Salary: - £45,233 per annum, plus overtime rates weekends (double time) and bank holidays (triple time)
Shift Pattern: - Days- 9-5pm
We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a large-scale manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a wide range of production equipment, site services, and facility systems to ensure maximum operational uptime and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair equipment faults as part of normal shift activities.
Respond quickly to production breakdowns and minimise downtime.
Carry out preventative maintenance activities and routine safety inspections.
Perform fault-finding and diagnostic work on both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Maintain a variety of production machinery and site services.
Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are completed effectively.
Support engineering and continuous improvement projects.
Promote and follow all health, safety, and environmental standards.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
Work collaboratively with production teams to resolve recurring issues.
