Full-time or Part-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

An award-winning, Legal 500 Tier 1 Shipping department is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Marine Team in Plymouth.
Based on the historic Barbican, the office overlooks the busy harbour, offering an inspiring working environment with views of both pleasure and commercial vessels — and parking available directly outside the office.
This is an in-person role with flexibility around working days and hours.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting a busy and highly regarded Marine team, contributing to the continued development of the department’s offering while delivering exceptional service to clients.

* Have experience working within a legal environment
* Be confident building client relationships and committed to excellent client care

* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
