Role: Data Entry
Duration: 3 Month Contract (possibility to extend)
Location: Liverpool
Hours: 8am-4pm
Start Date: Thursday 7th August
Salary: £12.60 per hour
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly evolving organisation at the forefront of tech-driven logistics and eCommerce solutions. With ongoing investment in systems and infrastructure, this team is implementing new tools to enhance billing accuracy and customer transparency. They have a fantastic office with a canteen and a café. Parking is available on site
What You’ll Do:
· Support the billing and data team by inputting and managing measurement data
· Use Excel to process key information over a defined period
· Manually verify VAT logs
· Work closely with the internal team to ensure accurate billing and fast issue resolution
· Be based in the Liverpool office 4 days a week initially, with potential to move to a hybrid model (2 days in-office) after onboarding
Who You Are:
· Attention to detail and self-sufficient
· Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP experience essential)
· Confident working with data and comfortable liaising with internal teams and clients over the phone
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of accuracy
· You're reliable, team-focused and eager to contribute from day one
