Learning Support Assistant:
Location- Trafford
A high performing and valued Secondary School in Manchester are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team and help support students who require additional academic support. If you enjoy working with young people and want to ensure they can reach their full potential this could be the perfect role for you! This role offers a highly supportive work environment and is a great opportunity for a full time position starting in September for the new academic year!
The pay for this role will be £89-£95 per day dependent on experience.
Role Requirements:
* Confident working with a small group of students and also on a 1:1 basis providing academic support.
* Strong understanding of SEN and additional learning needs.
* Great communication and relationship building skills.
* Prior experience working children or young people in an educational or support setting is desirable.
This role is a perfect fit for Psychology graduates, aspiring teachers, and anyone with a support or social care background.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
