Due to exciting future growth plans, we have a new career opportunity for a number of experienced Reliability Engineers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide multi-disciplined reliability support within our Reliability Department. The role will require a combination of hands-on and analytical work. In addition to hands-on support, you will be required to:
1. Collect data, analyze equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history
2. Develop and deploy engineering solutions and improved maintenance strategies from data and information gathered providing a solution
3. Identify and eliminate failure modes across production assets through focused projects and improvements
4. Work closely with onsite CBM data collector to ensure delivery of Condition Based Monitoring program and identify Energy saving opportunities
5. Deliver Site KPI metrics
6. Analyze and report CMMS data for improvement opportunities (MTBF, MTTR, etc.)
7. Ensure CMMS work order management reflects activities and objectives
8. Ensure Asset Care strategy (Predictive or Planned maintenance activities) preventing failures
9. Use CMMS data to optimize existing Asset Care Strategy (Frequency, task, Part required)
10. Drive team cultural behavior regarding Reliability focus
Skills and Experience
Key requirements for the role include:
* Sound Understanding of Lubrication Principles
* Proven track record dealing with, maintaining, and improving mechanical and electrical equipment and services
* Good Industrial maintenance engineering background and understanding of Reliability techniques such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
* Customer-focused attitude and excellent IT skills in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
* Experience of CMMS systems would be advantageous
* Familiarity with equipment such as High-speed centrifuge machines, Screw conveyors, Belt conveyors, Pneumatic transfer systems, Alignment, Mechanical strainers, Centrifugal, and PD pumps
Specific Qualifications
Applicants should hold relevant Electrical/Mechanical qualifications (e.g., C&G/NVQ/HNC) and have an understanding of Condition Monitoring Techniques (vibration, acoustic, thermography).
