Care Logistics Lead - 8 Month Fixed Term Contract
£28,000 per annum plus benefits. Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Bolton, Greater Manchester BL1 8DW

In this role, you’ll supervise and coordinate a team of ceremonial crew to ensure each funeral is delivered to the highest standard. Using manual and digital systems, you’ll ensure each person is in the right place at the right time.
What you’ll do
* Manage and coordinate the schedule of ceremonial crew, primarily part-time colleagues supporting funerals.
* Deputise for the care logistics manager.
* Plan clothing collection, movement of personal belongings, and transportation of the deceased for viewings.
* Gather and analyse insights to improve funeral delivery and team performance.
* Maintain understanding of local stakeholders and adapt processes accordingly.
