Senior Town Planner - Warwickshire (Hybrid Working - 2 days a week in office)

You'll be involved in projects that range from small-scale Class Q barn conversions, small to medium residential schemes to large, complex developments. Your work will see you collaborating directly with landowners, housebuilders, and developers, giving you the chance to build strong relationships and influence schemes from concept to delivery.
As a Senior Town Planner, you can expect to:
·Deliver high-quality planning advice and solutions to clients.
·Manage planning applications from small to large-scale projects.
·Engage with stakeholders, local authorities, landowners, and housebuilders.
·Contribute to the continued success and growth of the consultancy.
What We're Looking For
·Extensive experience in planning, from either the public or private sector.
·Ideally a Chartered Planner (MRTPI) or actively working towards chartered status.
·Strong understanding of planning legislation and local planning policies.
·Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
·A proactive, driven approach with the confidence to manage projects independently.
