Job Overview: We are looking for a Machine Operator (Heading Setter/Operator) to run Cold Heading Machines efficiently and maintain high production standards. This role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Operate Cold Heading Machines to meet production targets. Ensure quality control by submitting first-off samples for approval. Monitor machine performance and report any defects. Maintain accurate production and material records. Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace. Assist in process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Skills & Qualifications: GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English. OND/ONC in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing) preferred. Experience operating roll-forming machines. Ability to read engineering drawings and detect faults.
