The job:
The range is broad: brand identities, campaigns, motion, digital, and presentations that get decisions made. You might be building a new brand from scratch one week and stewarding an established global one the next, juggling multiple brand books and making sure every asset is worthy of the name on it. One week might be conceptual and fast, the next, detailed and methodical. What stays constant is the care we put into both.
We work across diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, heritage brands, and start‑ups. Translating a complex veterinary study into something a prescriber understands at a glance feels satisfying here.
What you’ll need:
Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects for work that needs to move, and Figma for web and digital. Canva and PowerPoint too, because that’s where a lot of real‑world decisions actually happen. We use AI as an active part of the creative process; we’re looking for someone already curious about what it makes possible.
The kind of person this suits:
Comfortable working within complex guidelines without letting them diminish your thinking. Claims hierarchies, legal sign‑off, and healthcare regulations are facts of life here, not obstacles.
A people person who presents thinking with warmth as well as confidence, comfortable in a client room as well as at a desk. You can carry a project from brief to boardroom and make the work better than the brief deserved.
Genuine interest in the natural world helps more than you might expect. Animals are at the heart of much of what we do, from companion animals to livestock; that shows up in the work every week.

This is an in‑person role at our Reigate offices. Agency life moves fast, and we work best when we’re in the room together.
