The successful chef will work across multiple high-quality kitchens, including a renowned farm-to-table produce-led restaurant kitchen and a beautifully restored village pub — gaining exposure to both refined, seasonal dining and elevated pub food, all driven by estate-grown and locally sourced produce.

* £39,000 package (£33,000 basic + approx. £6,000 service)

The Role
* Chef de Partie role across multiple kitchens within the estate
* Cooking modern British, seasonal menus with a strong farm-to-plate ethos
* Working with exceptional ingredients from kitchen gardens and trusted local suppliers
* Supporting senior chefs and mentoring junior team members
The Ideal Chef
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP
* Passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
* Comfortable working to high standards in busy services
* Positive, team-focused and keen to develop
Location Rural countryside setting near Lechlade, accessible from Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.
This role will not suit candidates who prefer a city-based environment and is best suited to chefs who enjoy countryside living. The nearest good-sized town is 10 minutes bus ride away.
