We're Hiring: Electrical Enablers – Insulation Department
Join a fast-growing team driving the UK's transition to net zero!
💰 Salary: £39,000/year
📍 Location: South-West England
🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday
🚐 Transport: Van + fuel card provided
🏠 Accommodation: Fully arranged and paid when working away
📈 Career Progression: Become a qualified Renewable Electrician (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition & Inspection & Testing required)
About the Role:
At CES, we're helping to shape a greener future by installing energy-saving measures in homes across the UK. As an Electrical Enabler, you’ll play a key role in supporting our insulation projects by ensuring electrical safety on-site.
This is a field-based role, with travel and overnight stays (2–3 nights per week).
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out 1st fix electrical tasks (disconnect storage heaters, extend wiring, install fans/DMEVs, remove/secure sockets & switches).
* Safely isolate and make electrical points ready for insulation installation.
* Maintain high safety standards and comply with all regulations.
* Work closely with insulation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Provide friendly, professional service to our customers.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* Electrical experience in domestic settings.
* NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
Desirable:
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Inspection & Testing certification.
