The role
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfers of equity, transfers of part, and adverse possession claims
* Maintain consistent client communication and ensure smooth progression of matters
* Work to high standards in line with CQS and Law Society compliance requirements
* Support departmental initiatives including marketing and local networking
* Contribute to business development activities and the continued success of the Ashby office
* Use the firm’s case management system diligently and effectively
You
* Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
* Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confident communicator with exceptional client service skills
* Able to work collaboratively within a close‑knit, supportive team
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering quality results
