Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant seeking a new opportunity in Southampton?
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's educational journeys? We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team at a reputable primary school in Southampton as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
Responsibilities of the Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
1. Assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs
2. Support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
1. Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as Teaching Assistant or Early Childhood Education
2. Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
3. In-depth knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to address individual needs
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
6. Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
7. A commitment to promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment
