The Role
As an Administrative Coordinator (Property Services), you’ll play an important part in ensuring that our site services and contractor management run smoothly.
Day-to-day, you’ll provide administrative support across the Property Services team, coordinate contractor paperwork and access, manage purchase orders and permits, cover the helpdesk and post room, and act as a central point of contact for site operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the Contractor Administrator with issuing and closing tasks and raising purchase orders
2. Maintaining contractor records and ensuring paperwork is current and compliant
3. Booking in contractors, arranging access and supporting inductions and permits
4. Covering the helpdesk as required
5. Escorting uncleared contractors on site
6. Supporting the post room including handling parcels, franking letters and site deliveries
Essential experience of the Administrative Coordinator (Property Services):
7. Previous experience in an administrative or facilities support role
8. PC literate with good knowledge of Word and Excel
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Proven ability to work proactively and solve problems
12. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This role is 37 hours per week based at Malvern, Set working times are Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 or 7:30–15:00.

The Malvern facility is noted for its work in electronic warfare, surveillance and complex system integration, contributing significantly to the UK’s defence capabilities. Developing technologies for military and civilian applications, including sensors, communications and cyber security.
