The role
We are looking for a dynamic
Asset Strategy Data Officer
to join the Asset Strategy team. As the role holder, you will support the asset management functions by providing support in key data-related projects and processes to ensure the integrity of asset data in our systems. This is crucial in helping to understand and develop our future business plans, report on property performance and ultimately, to help make a difference to others.

The right fit
* An experienced individual with strong Excel skills to analyse, manipulate and reconcile large, complex datasets with confidence.
* Capable of quickly learning a range of housing systems and can easily pick up processes to undertake this role.
* Strong attention to detail is vital and you must be able to work across delivering multiple tasks at the same time.
* You will have experience of working to set processes and procedures and contribute to a collaborative working approach across a range of departments.
* You will need to be an excellent communicator who can build strong stakeholder relationships with the ability to agree prioritisation of your work to meet key deadlines.
