About the Role As a Creative Graduate, you’ll begin by supporting students in a Learning Support Assistant capacity and progress with training into a Cover Supervisor role—delivering lessons and supporting pupils when teachers are unavailable. This opportunity is perfect for those passionate about creative subjects and wanting to build meaningful experience working with young people before entering teacher training or education careers.
