In this high-profile role, you’ll take ownership of strategic initiatives that shape the financial and commercial direction of our growing development pipeline. From building financial models to leading pricing strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving value across multiple asset classes.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
* Financial Modelling: Build, review, and refine models to support investment decisions.
* Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research to support strategic decision-making.
* Commercial Analysis: Evaluate live and prospective developments, blending financial and non-financial insights.
* Pricing Strategy: Lead pricing analysis and collaborate with internal teams to maximise project profitability.
* Data Partnerships: Work with external data partners to strengthen research and analytics capabilities.
* Client Engagement: Support client discussions with robust financial insight, including NOI analysis, budgeting, and investment strategy.
👤 What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2–4 years in commercial finance, development finance, or a similar analytical role.
* Technical Strength: Strong financial modelling, commercial analysis, and experience with market research tools.
* Communication: Able to present complex insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
* Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
