Our client is an international company based in the UAE, expanding their operations across the UK and Europe. They have a small but growing UK team working on Fit Out projects for retail and hospitality sectors for established global brands. This role covers England, with travel to sites and weekly meetings in the London area (Head Office).
Are you a Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor with retail or fit-out project experience seeking a varied role with a mix of remote and project-based work on exciting retail projects?
You will:
1. Manage fit-out projects from pre-contract/cost planning through cost management with project oversight, visiting multiple sites.
2. Have experience in retail or hospitality fit-out projects.
3. Understand statutory authorities, processes, and approval timeframes.
4. Possess strong client-facing skills and the ability to lead meetings and present effectively.
5. Be willing to travel nationally to project sites as required.
You will have:
* A relevant construction degree.
* At least 5 years of experience in client-focused project or cost management roles.
