PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £27600 - £33,900 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Join BBC Radio Leicester as Journalist Producer for the mid-morning programme with Ben Jackson, leading the biggest conversation of the day across Leicestershire. You'll produce compelling, agenda-setting content, react quickly to breaking news, and ensure the programme delivers engaging, high-quality journalism and making sure they travel across platforms to have impact. This is a key role driving editorial direction, storytelling and live output in a fast-paced environment.
