Role Responsibilities
* Engaging directly with customers in face-to-face settings on behalf of leading UK brands
* Delivering outstanding customer service experiences while actively driving brand awareness
* Building and nurturing relationships that convert new customers into long-term brand advocates
* Assisting the wider team in the execution of local outreach strategies and campaign objectives
* Participating in daily performance reviews and team target-setting sessions
Candidate Profile
* A warm, approachable personality with a natural aptitude for customer engagement
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is highly advantageous
* Motivated to develop a long-term career in sales and marketing beyond a service role
* A positive, solution-focused attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Must be 18 years of age or above and legally entitled to work in the UK
* Earnings of £30,000–£32,000 OTE with a fully uncapped commission structure
* Full sales and customer engagement training from day one — no prior experience required
* A defined and transparent pathway from representative level into management and leadership
