About the Team
We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Compensation Partner who will play a pivotal role in supporting our global business leaders across various regions and functions. This strategic position combines deep compensation expertise with strong business partnership and program ownership.
Your Role Will Include:
* Acting as a trusted compensation advisor to global business and HR leaders, aligning pay strategies with organizational goals.
* Designing and implementing competitive compensation structures for corporate and sales functions.
* Leading key compensation cycles, ensuring clarity and operational excellence.
* Collaborating on the design and rollout of sales incentive plans.
* Analyzing market trends to inform compensation decisions for promotions, new hires, and retention.
* Owning and evolving compensation programs to ensure scalability and alignment with our talent strategy.
* Ensuring compliance with global pay regulations.
* Managing change communications and policy documentation related to compensation design.
* Maintaining governance across job profiles and eligibility rules for accurate compensation planning.
* Driving continuous improvement in compensation programs across geographies.
Experience and Qualifications:
* 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with a focus on global corporate and sales compensation programs.
* Strong understanding of international compensation trends and regulations.
* Data-driven and analytically strong, with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
* Skilled in compensation design principles and cross-regional program rollouts.
* Comfortable working in matrixed environments across functions and cultures.
* Proficient in Excel and familiar with compensation tools and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
* A strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
